An interesting facet of Eliza’s work is her role as a virtual coach for esteemed organisations such as UNICEF and UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency), where she contributed to upskilling displaced PMETs during the Covid-19 pandemic through Business and Digital Transformation Programs.
With a rich background spanning diverse contexts, Eliza has played pivotal roles in driving public service reform for Malta’s accession to the European Union, fostering a people-centric management culture at Singapore’s Vocational Industrial Training Board, and championing strategic thinking and diversity management initiatives in Myanmar’s government.
Additionally, she has been instrumental in developing Bhutan’s senior Civil Service Leaders in Values-Based Leadership and guiding Ethiopian Airlines to enhance its competitive edge within the African market.
